Apartment Building Development

An invited competition by “Keflavik Contractors” for a proposal for an enclave of residential buildings around a central plaza, placed close to the City centre. The project was rated as the first by the client, but the second place scheme was implemented by the planning authorities and as such it is going through the planning stages.
