House types proposal for a new neighbourhood in Mosfellsbær

A planning proposal for a residential area, consisting of 1.000 -1.100 units, in a new city neighbourhood of Mosfellsbær. The project was planned jointly by three firms. Studio Nexus prepared a proposal for the lower density neighbourhood, surrounding a central core for about 600 units. Planning for 290 units was completed in three sections – the rest of the project is on hold. Proposals for house types can be seen in the category “Private residences”.
