Four house-types neighbourhood at the oceanfront
The proposal consists of four types of houses, made from similar elements to maintain a coherent character. The new neighbourhood comprises of twelve houses, with sizes differing from 260m² to 350m². Each of them is located on a 0,2 ha plot.
