Aðalstæti 5 – New Hotel Proposal

A proposal for a hotel building at a City Centre square.  A five-floor building with around 100 rooms and facilities on the ground floor. The project keeps a listed building at the city’s main square as a lounge building. The building was seen as a backdrop, with a city as a stage, where the façade would mirror the square.
