Proposal for a new major development site in Reykjavík
Proposal for an open competition “The Shaping of a Capital City” for a planning scheme for the Vatnsmýri site, organised by the City of Reykjavík. Currently, the plot houses domestic airport. The proposal consists of a mixed-use neighbourhood with a distinctive green axis with a park, connecting the city with the ocean at Nauthólsvík.
