Sóltún – a new nursing home for 122 inhabitants

A nursing home for the elderly and ill is an extension to the already existing Sóltún complex. In all, our proposal houses 119 nursing studios with facilities and services, commercial kitchen, a club and a submerged parking structure, totalling 14.500 m² for up to 122 inhabitants.
