A HOTEL EXTENSION AT ELLIÐAVATN (LAKE)

A 210 m² Restaurant & Banquet Hall, as well as 945m² Hotel Extension for 20 new suites, with alterations to 465m² of the older building including 6 new suites, new kitchen, and reception.  The new hotel suites are located at the lake, nestled into the ground at the lake.  The restaurant building on top, allowing great views to the Reykjavík mountain-range.
